Paying For Your Program:

Our preferred method of payment for service is cash. Unfortunately, we cannot accept personal checks. In addition, we prefer that clients paying via credit or debit card, do so via our website prior to their session.

Cancellation Policy:

When booking appointments, we take great care to ensure that records are prepared, access to client tools is granted, and special instruments are readied.

Therefore, if you need to change or cancel your appointment, we do require that you call our office at least 48-hour prior to your visit. Online or email appointment changes cannot be accepted. View our full cancellation policy:

Bringing A Friend Or Family Member Along:

We realize some folks have a natural degree of nervousness about attending their first hypnosis session. In addition, some clients may require rides to their appointment due to certain medical issues. Because of these situations, some clients may opt to bring a friend or family member along to their session.

While we certainly have no problem with you doing so, we want to remind you that this appointment is for YOU and YOUR needs. Therefore, if you plan on bringing someone to your appointment, we do require the following from you:

Please extend the courtesy of letting us know ahead of time, as we are expecting one client per session - not a group of people.

An appointment is NOT a consultation. All clients receive a phone consultation prior to scheduling a hypnosis session with us - where they can ask questions and fully understand the process. You are also welcome to ask all the questions you want during your visit. However, since your friend or family member is not a client, you will want to remind him or her that this time is for you exclusively, and we cannot take time away from you to stop and answer all their personal questions as well.

Your friend or family member will be in the room during the entire session. Therefore, since he or she is not coming in to be hypnotized themselves - they will be supplied with their own pair of headphones, which will be playing a relaxing audio only, and is required to be worn during actual session part of your visit.

Combined client sessions, couple hypnosis, and pediatrics hypnosis sessions do not need to notify us - since we are already aware that more than one person will be attending the appointment.
